Been stretching morning and evening for a week now and feel like I am becoming less stiff. At last I am using a routine I got from Pavel Tsatsouline’s videos and I am feeling very good about it (you know, the I-think-this-will-work-feeling).
However, every morning after sleep I wake up stiff and lose the bendyness of the day before??? Guess I just have to keep this up for a while longer…
