I’ve never had a lose weight goal before in my entire life. It’s usually been more excersize or dance. Lately I’ve found that my stress is affecting everything and it’s a vicous cycle. My stress drains my energy to excersize which also causes stress.
I’ve started managing my stress, but it’s still been really hard. Once I do that I’m sure my weight will go down.
I’m 209 pounds, but no one thinks I weight that much. Which makes it harder. I’ve been 209 pounds (almost exactly) for the last 4 years. Before that I was living in a different climate, in Spain with different food and I was 160 pounds. I would like to go back to that point of healthiness in my life.
Stress sure takes its toll.
