My dad gave me some good advice the other day. He said I should slow down my studies and find some work experience through a student internship. I’m going to try hard to follow that advice…internships in my field are hard to find, espeically paid ones at a company I like…without a huge commute so I can still take evening classes.
Wish me luck!

I can’t believe I didn’t add this to my list sooner! I’m about 3 quarters (one year) away from graduating. I’ve been so focused on graduate school that I’ve forgotten that earning my BA is such an accomplishment. Of course, the school I’m going to doesn’t have the best of reputations in the area so I’m not sure what I can do once I gradaute. Probobly one of the reasons why I’m focused on graduate school.
I’m also looking forward to doing things in the field I want to work in. I’m interested in the mathematics of architecture and the art of physics.
I turn 22 in June and feel like I’m ahead of all my friends…I don’t really feel the need to reflect on this. I’ve always had a hunger for knowledge. Now’s my chance!
