I am worse than I thought. I measured my waist (and everything else) yesterday and it turns out that somehow, even though I have been working out and dieting, I have gained an inch on my waist. How? I don’t know.
I’m hoping I’m bloated or something because I can’t explain it.

I’m not putting down my original waist size because I don’t want to get any crap from anyone about how I shouldn’t have this goal. I will just say that I am a perfectionist and its my body and I can do what I want to with it.
So I have been trying to do this for about a year now but I just now did the challenge on here so in 29 days hopefully I’ll have made some progress. I want to have my waistline down by the time I go to my friend’s engagement party.
