learn to say no without feeling guilty

today i said no without feeling guilty when a boi was trying to get fresh with me if my friend would have done the same it would have got her out of trouble and she wouldnt have got raped now i know how that feels so my feelings on this are very strong

i have said no to many things now from not being persuaded into getting that 1 extra cheese burger to saying no to things like sex thats a good thing and if i can carry on saying no without bad feeling for the rest of my life that would make me a better person

it has been a real difficulty for me to say no in the past and i just think i should make a stand for it and say no without feeling bad about it
