i dont know what to do anymore 18 months ago

im basically back to my starting weight 2 months on, 153 pounds.
Ive got another 2 and half months left and i want to lose at least 20 pounds.
I just cant stick to three meals a day i always feel like eating some toast or yougarts or something throughout the day as well.
Should i carry on just trying to diet or just starve myself?
I just want to lose weight quickly for my holiday and im not really bothered if ill put it back on again after my holiday so has anyone got some good tips how to lose the weight fast?
Continue dieting or eat basically nothing??

measured on the accurate scales in the gym.
kayy i really need to lose weight now so im gonna try eating one day then just eat nothing the next…
see if that makes my weight go down.
also i myt sorta do the atkins.. cut out all carbs.

L: ham and egg sandwhich. 400kls.
S: Special k bar. 90kls.
D: coco pops. 350 kls.
S: apple, diet coke. 50kls.
Total : about 1300kls.
2 and a half hours in the gym, pretty happy bout tht :).



does anybody know 18 months ago

how many times you have to go to the gym per week to lose about 2lbs per week?
And does anybody know if onions contain lots of calories? i always put them in my salads lol.

joined the gym today!
and its half price cuse im not 18 yet:).
I was only going to pay for one month but then the man at the gym sed you have to join for more than a month so ive got two months now my mum had to pay the rest whoops!
So ive got july 1st to go the gym as many times as possible.
Today so far… (i havent reali had meals just snacks)

2 Low fat youguarts. 205kls
Dairly dunkers. 160kls
1 choc digestive. 100kls
Banana. 100kls
Dinner: Jacket potato, tuna, salad. 350kls
2 coffee’s with milk 30kls
Total.. 970 kls.
Mite go the gym later. depends if i can get a lift back, still got to wait another two and a half years before i can drive lol.
Defo going tot he gym tomrow tho.
For about 2 and a half hours. Should be a good workout seems as football season is over now so the gym will be the only exercise i am doing apart form rugby once a week and a couple of pe lessons and clubs.

3 slices of toast. 450
V. Small Bowl of cereal. 120
Banana. 100
Jacket potato, tuna, salad. 300
Treat for the week….
1 and a half chocolate cupcakes. 300
Bag of maltesers. 200
8 Buttons. 120
Slice of cocunut cake. 400
Okay i know thats a lot lol but the rest of the week i dont snack at all.

So that makes a total of..
1990 calories.
Still just under the 2000 guidline haha.
Most days i try to stick to 1,300 cals.
Im going to go and do my fitness dvd now.
Work off all the maltesers.

ive got about 2 months 15 days left to lose the weight/tone up.
Im only going to weigh myself every 2 weeks or once a month because the results will be better.
Plus the good scales are at my nans and i dont go there that often lol.
Im going to concentrate on how toned i look atm.

One more meal of the day left.
Think im going to have a salad or something because ive eaten so many carbs all ready today.
At least i cant cheat on choclate, biscuits, crisps etc. cuse theres none in the house we need to go shopping :).

So anyway i think ive eaten about 750 calories. Not that much i suppose considering how nice the toast was haha.
Ive sort of started again on my diet now this week. i was loseing the weight through march then april i just kept slipping up and didnt lose any weight at all so ive started all ova again (1st may) and just trying to stick to three meals a day and exercise everyday.
The only problem is i eat a lot of bread… toast for breakfast sandwhich for lunch… so i dont rekon the wight will come off if i keep eating as much bread. so yeah tomorow im going to try and cut down on the bread and eat porridge for breakfast instead.

jacket potato and salad 250 i think not sure:S
coffee x2(+milk) 50

Total about… 860 caloires?
And plus im not hungry at all!
Its all about self control :D.

Exerise today:

10 min fast walk (which probably only burned lyk 5 calories but thought id put it on anyway lol)
Tidy house 1hr
Runing or fitness dvd later.
Im so tired today. went clubbing yesterday all nite jumping up and down to really good dance music. that must of burnt loadsa claories!
