So I have never been big on exercising and don’t know anyone who really is. I prefer working out at home for now especially with the summer heat. I plan on doing the Tone It Up Sandcastle workout because it looks like I can do most or all of the moves. I would like to do it about 3-4 times a week but I’ll be happy just with 1 or 2 as I have a hard time staying focused and am good at finding other things to occupy my time so there is no time to work out.
