Tactful Honesty

I have always prided myself on being an honest person. However, I am learning that sometimes it is better to say something with tact than with brutal honesty. There is no point in hurting someone else’s feelings when there’s a nicer way to say it. Honesty should be something beautiful, not an excuse for cruelty.
