whenever i hear people using swear words (esp. if they keep on repeating the words), i can’t help but use them myself. everyday i use them. and i can’t seem to stop myself even if i wanted to. it’s like i automatically say them esp. in less than ideal situations. i’m getting embarassed already. this has got to stop!
ok, so stopping entirely seems very difficult at the moment… i’ll just try to lessen the use of swear words for the time being. hopefully, i’ll be able to stop swearing altogether.
