So it’s just past 7:30AM. I’ve stayed up all night working on a personal project of mine. Par for the course, really—I wouldn’t be surprised if the same happens tomorrow.
This is probably my most important goal at the moment. A good night’s sleep can provide the energy needed to pursue other goals, while consistency in schedule can ease the biological clock and make it easier to plan events.
Let’s go with being in bed by midnight and getting up at around 8-9AM—and aim for doing this before the start of school in a few weeks.
