But I have very suddenly become dependent on soda, when I’m feeling sad, and unloved by my ungrateful cheating husband….
I have to stop this, and figure out a healthier replacement…
In the mean time, seeing this goal depresses me…
But I’d like to re-visit. For years, I hardly ever drank soda, and now….

But once I start drinking, I get hooked pretty easily—which had happened over the holidays. It’s also the gateway junk food for me, or maybe it’s just that when I’m wanting that slice of pizza it’s gotta be with a soda cause “it just tastes better with soda”. That kind of thing.
So I’ve stopped. Just drink plain water mostly. And 2-3 glasses of Emergen-C. Trying to reduce the juice consumption of the girls too.
