Whether you get a coach or coach yourself, the secret is in enjoying working at your goals rather than completing them.
As Ken Dodd said on ‘Parkinson’ (tv) last night- “The secret to happiness is building something and watching it grow”
Also, as my coach taught me. Build a success in one area of your life and that success will spill over into other areas.
Thanks to my coach for making me realise this.

I thought a coach would make things easy!!!!!!!! Wrong .
If you want something, you have to go for it but be prepared to take the knocks. Success may come but at the price of many failures.
Is the secret to keep going in the face of whatever life throws at you?
I think so!!!
Ok! , I already have a life coach. Got offered 6 free sessions on the phone as the result of a forum that I am a member of.
I have already had 4 phonecalls and the differences are already there to see. Two to go and I’m wondering if I can keep the same level of motivation when the support comes to an end.
This goal is more about seeing the positive results that a life coach can make. Usually, what happens to me is that I get all fired up, and then drop my goals at the first sign of difficulty or when I get bored.
I will mark this particular goal as achieved when I finally complete something worthwhile which I wouldnt have thought possible without coaching.
