I joined the gym yesterday, actually WENT today, have an appoitment for tomorrow…
I’ve been eatting healthier, now in the swing of that, here’s hoping the gym stuff will aide the quittting smoking too….or vice versa, whatever, I just wannabe healthier overall….
update: went two days in a row now…..to go on my own today without an appointment is a big challenge, but I’m doing it, I slightly fear bad luck going today, being Friday the 13th and all, but if I’m meant to die on scary gym equipment, then so be it! lol
