There are now less Big Things To Worry About these days, as everything is falling into place. So I have less to toss and turn about at night. I have been having some glorious lie-ins over the past few days and boy have they been wonderful! Waking up when my body feels like it! Oh heaven!

I am going to try over the next week to ease into the work routine (which will involve going from a flexible schedule to leaving the house at 6.30am-ish every day).

All the pills I am taking at the moment are messing with me slightly, so I need to keep an eye on that. I take the one that makes me drowsy before bed so that it will hopefully have worn off by the time morning arrives.

Must exercise more too. There is nothing like passing out when you are attached to a thoroughly worn out (in a good way) body.

A great night’s sleep! I was sooo tired and didn’t set an alarm clock. I feel so much more rested now. :)

This is tricky right now. I’m not sleeping so well or, rather, I’m sleeping the required number of hours but I wake up not feeling rested and groggy.

There are a lot of life changes going on right now and I’m sure that has something to do with it, as G. pointed out.

But I know exercise, a better diet and cutting out caffeine would really help with this goal, as well as with some of my other goals!
