There are now less Big Things To Worry About these days, as everything is falling into place. So I have less to toss and turn about at night. I have been having some glorious lie-ins over the past few days and boy have they been wonderful! Waking up when my body feels like it! Oh heaven!
I am going to try over the next week to ease into the work routine (which will involve going from a flexible schedule to leaving the house at 6.30am-ish every day).
All the pills I am taking at the moment are messing with me slightly, so I need to keep an eye on that. I take the one that makes me drowsy before bed so that it will hopefully have worn off by the time morning arrives.
Must exercise more too. There is nothing like passing out when you are attached to a thoroughly worn out (in a good way) body.
