Gym again…15 mins cardio on treadmill then about 30 mins legs strength training…And boy did I feel it for the next couple of days!
Went to the gym after work…did about one hour of cardio – treadmill and elliptical – and then some situps. Yay!
Calories burned: 350+
Body feels: used and great.
I failed miserably at my last goal which was to achieve this by March this year. Luckily for me, I have about 7-8 months until we have our official wedding and honeymoon. So this is my new goal: get in the best shape by September this year! I want to look buff on those beautiful beaches!

In general (aside from my one chronic pain issue) I’m in good health. Considering I’ve been doing no exercise for so long, my cholesterol levels are really great, so I must be doing something ok with my diet. But if I worked out several times a week I would be in amazing health and it might help my pain issue too by strengthening my immune system.
Ran this morning. Felt so virtuous for getting up and exercising before 9am on a Sunday. Ran for 29m30s, but walked for about 2m15s of that (following the up-hill parts). Don’t think my pace is great, but it’s early days and the important thing is I’m getting out there and off my bum again.

Finally got my arse in gear to go for a run today. Just a short one but I ran pretty consistently and was tired by the end of it!
I feel GREAT now. I have been so sleepy in recent days but there is absolutely no sleepiness right now. Yay.
Getting started is the hardest part! Go me.
