mileage to 2 miles a day, at least, but I’ve been doing more. I’m awesome!

I do at least a half a mile everyday, but I try for 1.5 miles. I can already feel the difference in my arms and legs. Yeah ME!!! Think I need to kick it up a notch next week and do 2 miles.
Since my lazy ass doesn’t want to leave the house when I get off work or go out of the way to stop at the gym…for my birthday I told my hubby I wanted an elliptical machine. Walking is hard for me anyways seeing as I’m crippled but the elliptical doesn’t hurt as bad and I actually enjoy doing it. I think we might get it today after work, even tough my b-day isn’t for another 2 weeks. I’m really excited!!! Now I can work out and watch NCIS!!!
to cool off a little, at least not in the triple digits when I get off work, so I do believe it’s time to start taking Bruce out around the neighborhood again. I feel bad cause he’s all cooped up in the back yard all day and doesn’t get out much. This will help the both of us. And I’ll make Matt join us when he gets back from Florida.
Matt’s going out to sea for a couple months and I’m gonna take a trip home. I don’t want to be all chubby and out of shape when I get there so I’m gonna start busting ass this week. I really want to be under 150 lbs by the time I go. Definitely doable. I just can’t slack off this time. Here we go…with determination and LOTS of prayers.
I’ve been walking, just not as long as I usually do. Thirty minutes is enough to get a good sweat when you’re truckin at a good pace, I however, haven’t been doing thirty minutes. I’ve dropped down to like 15 to 20 minutes. Im just getting lazy. And I haven’t been doing crunches like I should. I’ve been sick for two days so I’m losing the weight I want to, I just haven’t been losing it a good way. Well, If I plan on being 150 by Thanksgiving then I better get my ass in gear. I also gotta watch what I’m eating this weekend with Matt in town. Its gonna be so hard though…
So I’ve taken to walking my dog (not just a potty walk, but lets visit the entire neighborhood walk) everyday. I get home from work, eat a light dinner then take the dog out. He’s a lab/pit mix so he’s a strong little devil. I burn lots extra just trying to keep him in check when he wants to get at the little girl dogs across the street. I also make sure to do at least 50 situps everyday. I guess it’s working so far cause I’m shedding the lbs. It seems a lot easier than I thought it was going to be, but maybe that’s because I’m more mmotivated this time around. I actually have a set goal and a time frame to accomplish it.
