So my last entry was right before I found out I was FINALLY pregnant. Such a blessing. He’s 2 now. Got on the scale one day only to realize I was 7 lbs from my delivery weight. Super scary. I’m down 22 lbs to 172. Still actively working on it.

taking the meds for PCOS. They cause more problems than they helped, made me even more sick. So now I’m back to my diet and starting to exercise again, it’s gonna be rough after my ankle surery. Matt’s out of town and I hope to be able to lose at least 15 lbs before he gets back mid-end of May. I can do this. I will do this. I have the control!
a new medication soon. It is used to treat PCOS and all the nasty things that come with it, including weight gain, so hopefully that will help me to get my weight back under control. Here’s to hoping. :)
I didn’t do my diet but I missed all the Christmas dinners so I didn’t have to fight that temptation. I didn’t workout as much as I should have, but I didn’t stop altogether. I’m gonna keep working on it though. Progress is slow but progress nonetheless.
Yeah, gonna do my tuna diet this week and hopefully I can put a much larger number up there come next Monday! I can do it, I have the power. I will acheive my goal.
Been doing 0.5-1.5 miles on the elliptical everyday. I think starting today I’m gonna try to bump it up to 2 miles. I got the TV and DVD player set up in my workout area so I won’t get bored so quick now. Hopefully that will distract me from the burning in my muscles. LOL
So as my birthday/anniversary/Christmas present (since theyre all the same month) I got Matt to buy an elliptical trainer. This will not only help me get the exercise I need to lose weight, but will hopefully help me build some strength back up in my broke ass ankle. Can’t wait. Should be delivered on the 10th. YEAH!!!
I’m back at 158! UGH! I disgust myself sometimes. I really want to lose this weight. Looks like I’m going back to tuna and crackers and hard boiled eggs. I don’t want to backslide again, it’s really depressing. And next summer I really want to be comfortable enough to go to the f*ing beach. I live at the ocean and I don’t go because everything on my body jiggles, and not in a good way. UGH! Need a new motivator!
155 as of this morning. I’m getting super excited about this now. I had given up there for a while, I guess I just needed more of a motivator. Still busting ass, hoping to get in a good workout this weekend. Ya know, whats the point in losing weight if what you have left is all flabby. Gotta tone! =)
I’ve got down to 157.4 so far. I really want to be 140 or less by my sisters wedding (October 18th). I’m going to be seeing a lot of people from my past and I know they haven’t all blown up like balloons since last I saw them. Plus I’ll be walking down the isle on the arm of an ex from high school. LOL I just don’t want to be the fat blob in black in all Tasha’s wedding photos. On a good diet now, the boss is helping me, Matt’s out of town and I’ve finished school for the time being. I think I should be able to kick ass on this. =)
