So, in order to get at up at 5 AM (this goal) and get at least 7 hours of sleep at night (some other goal), I guess this means I have to go to bed by 10 PM. That’s going to be a big change from the current midnight to 2 AM. One thing this will require changing (mostly) is working-out in the morning instead of late at night. So, this (in bed by 10 PM) is the next step towards these two goals.
