go me, i thought this would never happen. if you are gonna give up sweets you need to give up dairy and bread as well for a little while to get over the cravings. after that you can enjoy them in the amounts they are meant to be enjoyed in. cheers.

she told me no sugar, gluten or dairy. 3 months and i don’t need sugar. try stevie in your coffee (organic if you can, coffee and tabaccoo are the dirtiest crops in the world), its awesome and it makes you more regular, and not so jittery. oh yeah it has no glyciemic index so it doesnt make you fat
i don’t think i had any sweets yesterday…so go me, i forgot how much i love nuts, so its a good thing to snack on those. i need to stop snacking too. I WANT A LATTE more then anything, but that counts too.
i did not have any sweets yesterday…thats a first.. a day with out sweets, that includes a cocunut latte…which i havent had for over a week
totally caught myself going for some candy and i stopped myself because i didnt really want any. i was snooping around for ice cream and had an apple with peanut butter instead
kinda… I can limit it to once a day, usually in the form of ice cream. now to cut them out to like a couple days a week, sweets really are a problem for me…i ahve a lot of cavaties too
so yesterday I ate some cake and it grossed me out, and i couldnt finish it. I’ve cut down on my sweet intake…try to make better choices when stuffing my face, like i forgot how awesome bananas are. someday…...
so i love sweets more then anyone i know, more then burgers, i love donuts, cake and ice cream… i eat it everyday. i get dessert for most meals…this is how i gained a whole lot of weight and i’m having trouble losing even though i exercise. so today is the first day i learn to control myself. No sweets so far. no coffee either… this sucks. yesterday i didnt know it, but it was my last cannolli for a long time :(
