A New Unfurnished Apartment, Hope to Furnish Super Cheap  — 2 years ago

My small room has fugly grey-blue carpeting and white walls that cannot be painted. I currently have no furniture – I hope to turn this space into something beautiful spending no more than $200. I wonder if this is do-able.
