get a bachelor's degree

I think I need to talk to a counselor at the community college. The advisor at CMU had said I could only take 3 more classes at the community college but I’m thinking she might have said that to get me into the program at CMU to take more classes there to spend more money there. :\ It’d be better (cheaper) for me if I could take more classes at the community college.

I talked to an advisor with Central Michigan. I can take 3 more classes at community college (cheaper) then I would go to CMU. I’d have 7 years to get the degree but with the cost (and not wanting to get a loan/go deeper in debt) it would take me longer than that. Work pays for $1250 a year (if you pass). That’s not even 2 classes a year…and then there’s books. My parents are going to see if they can help but it’s going to be tight. If I can take 4 a year, I can finish in 5 years.

I didn’t start taking classes for my associates degree til 10 years after high school. It then took me 5 years (part time) to get a General Business degree. Now I want to get a Bachelor’s but I’m not sure in what (just as long as there’s little or no math). As a child, I never had any dreams of becoming something. I have some ideas but I’m not 100% sure. I’m 34 now, so I guess I better figure it out soon.
