I actually took the time and did 20 minutes of yoga today. Yay! Hopefully I can stay motivated and keep at it. My motivation should be my extremely tight muscles from lack of stretching and stress.

I haven’t been doing any yoga and I really need to start. For awhile I didn’t have a VCR and couldn’t watch my tape but my dad burned it for me so now I can play it on my DVD…no more lame excuses.
I will start this evening. Mon, Wed, Fri or Sat & Sun.

Just some light yoga, relaxing stretching with deep breathing to start. ahhhh!
Now if I could just start doing it every day…
I will really start trying this weekend.
