I like to cut it in fourths and then peel away the seeds with my fingers. ( the white-ish yellow “meat” tears away nice and easy with some gentle prying.) Forget about spoons and take it easy with the knife. Watch out for flying juice squirts, cause the seeds can be like little bombs. But they’re high in natural antioxidents (good for immune system and skin and stuff).
The seeds are great for a snack, just pop the whole seed in your mouth! YUM!
