I think a “great body” means a lot of things, so I can get behind that! You an be any shape as long as it’s great! haha.
Well, I want a fit body. My body ( and all it’s weird lumps and curves) but in great shape. That means more muscle, less fat, more energy, clear skin, shiny hair, white teeth, feeling confident, the whole bit.
I bought some pilates dvds for when I can’t afford or feel like goign to the gym. I knew someone that gained GREAT posture and a powerful body doing this, and she also lost a lot of weight.
I’ve also considered doing the Master Cleanse. I guess that really flushes you out too. And then eatinv raw for a while, then just real healthy and tasty. No more bags and boxes! This corrosponds with my desore to learn how to cool as well.
