Sunday 11 am—10 minutes at 140-150 heart rate on the elliptical.
Today 6:15 am—12 minutes at 140-150 heart rate on the elliptical.
Note to self: nreed to make sure the disco music is loud and disco enough!
Have to call manufacturer of elliptical machine to see what a E 1 error message is on the console. NOt going to let mechanical difficulties impede me!
Might try to do 10-15 minutes in the evening too if I am up for it…in order to build stamina faster.
I want to be doing 30 minutes at day at least 3x per week and if I have to start off doing that in two sessions in order to get to that goal sooner, well, all the better.
Right?
