I am doing it! 3 years ago

I am alternating aerobic and anaerobic exercises. One day I do push-ups, sit ups and curls with free weights, and the next day I run. Every day I do stretching. I am slowly begining to feel better in general and and having more energy for all aspects of my life.



I feel yuck. 3 years ago

I started my exercise routine today and I actually plan to do something every day, so today did my stretching and ran for about 15 minutes. Not only did I feel slightly ill after this but I also felt like I wanted to cry. Apparently my emoter has been clogged up by not exercising. Anybody out there understand anything about this phenomena?

3 times a week is all it takes to stay in shape, how hard can that be?
