I try to remember to do it everyday.
I try to remember to do it everyday.
As I have begun my exercise program, I am finding that I am breathing more and more naturally. I understand intellectually that I need exercise to be healthy, but I sometimes forget that it is not just physical it also helps with the mental attitude and it seems I am having more energy for all aspects of my life.
Why do I do this? Am I afraid of something or simply overwhelmed?
