I’ve been making myself go to sleep at a decent hour!!! Its very much worth getting at least six hours sleep every night, I just feel better.

My sleeping schedule is WAY off! I’ve been getting to bed at 3:00-4:00am and waking up around 12:00-1:00, I really need to stop getting to bed so late.
