But really the fear that I am trying to push through here is just in meeting new people. Musicians, yogis, anyone. I get stuck in my comfort zone and it deters me from expanding my social circle. It’s the old fear of “what if they don’t like me?” I just need to move past that.
Part of this goal involves following up when I actually do meet new people. Calling, emailing, getting together. I do meet plenty of people, but I don’t always follow up.
