strengthen my will power and self discipline

I haven’t been journaling much about this but I have to say I am really happy with my progress in this area.

One quality that I’ve let really get weak my will power, determination, discipline, the very thing you need to change. Maybe that’s why I was in such a self imposed rut. Glad I can recognize this. Also glad I’m excited to change!!! Making a conscious effort to be stronger!
