Everything is different
Even the TV in england makes you feel more connected to the outside world. It’s safer. It’s cosier. Slower. Not trying to get your attention, or entertain you. The cops are more approachable, don’t feel I’m going to get arrested just for looking at them. People are more laidback. I can swear more, drink more, even if I’m a girl. It’s not strange to socialize in small areas, not strange to be buzzing in a restaurant. People everywhere, energy everywhere. I can see people, talk to people, touch people. Not easy to feel isolated. Not at all
