figure out where home is

Cheesey and trite, but very true. With my dad and brother around me in San Francisco, it feels more like home than my sister’s or mom’s homes. This is because though we do spend plenty of time together, we still have separate lives and friends. I feel more free to do things here than in Buena Park or Santa Clara. Part of it has to do with being able to go anywhere via public transportation. Plus, there’s so much more to do and see in the City!

It seems I have a few homes lately: Buena Park where my mom and cat are, my sister’s house in Santa Clara, my sister’s husband’s parent’s house in Sacramento (they’re really nice people), and a few places in San Francisco… though I may be getting my own apartment on Church Street. That’ll make my brother happy. And it might be nice to decorate and furnish my own place…
