thats what im trying now.
just forget it, take it away, ignore it.
its just for running away.
this is because i cand do anything for it,
just ignore,
and i do what i can do.

i log in 43 things and write, write and write.

i started ‘list three things every day that made me happy’ from today.
i cant imagine how it changes me.
anyways, i started that.
i spent time in a bath tub about 40 minutes reading.
its healthy and i can lose weight.
the book was nice to spend time and i was really relaxed with this try.
nothing special.
but it was absolutely luxuary for me.
why dont you try this if you havent?
i made up some lists at the site ‘ta-da list.’
for today, i devided a day for 3 sections as morning, afternoon and night in the list ‘today.’
there are 16 things to do there.
its a new challenge to me!
