get out of credit card debt

Alright so I started back at my job full time and cannot wait to start paying off my debt! I know I can do it… I worked on my budget this week to figure out how much I can pay towards the debt while still paying my current bills. So far looking pretty good. I have decided that if I can find a job in West Palm Beach or in the near county that is the equivalent to what I make now I will move out there sooner. I don’t know if that will happen but its never too soon to start looking for work especially right now. :)

My last paycheck of this month will be the first one which I will be able to pay off a chunk of my cards which I am looking forward to. I’ve already set in my mind to start making my lunch and breakfast at home and starting hopefully next week to cook at home… eating out is getting old and expensive. :)

Ok so I want to move out to West Palm Beach but have decided that until I eliminate my credit card debt I don’t think it would be the responsible thing to do. I have 3500 dollars on two seperate credit cards. I’ve been paying just the minimumn plus a couple dollars but that is getting me no where. My internship at school is over in 3 weeks and I think I will be going back to work full time at my current crap job (because I make a decent coin) until I can pay them off. I talked with my accountant friend and he is helping me make a budget and work towards this goal. I just hope to do this as soon as possible because I want to move out to be with my sweetheart and I’m having a hard time doing it because I know I am in so much debt. I want a clean start when we move in together. If that means that it takes 4-6 months I think its worth doing. Wish me luck and I will keep updating as much as I can.
