Not quite on track 3 years ago

Danced on Tuesday (75 minutes)
Walked around downtown on Tuesday 20 miutes
Not much today or yesterday-it is minus 30C plus the windchill (i think today it worked out to minus 43C) But did climb the (one flight of)stairs at work about a million times.

The week before last i did really well and got busy five times. This last week i only got out twice. This week??? Keep on trucking!

Hi
I was afraid you guys would cut me from the team for lack or participation but i am back and on track! Tuesday on the bike, Wednesday 15 min dodgeball and 20 minutes power shopping (craft supplies for daycare), today 30 minute walk around downtown waiting for my husband to get off work (need to do this more often) and plan to walk at least partway home from work tomorrow (maybe the whole way, we’ll see!)



Christmas time comes but once a year... 4 years ago

Thank goodness,
I have not done much and feel worse as have spent 4 days in the car…I saw a lot of Canada (going to see my sister 2 provinces over) and remembered that I do not like to travel through the mountains.
Did go for a few walks (uphill as she lives below downtown) but now am ready to exercise, exercise, exercise…

Bad, bad week 4 years ago

Ok I did little to nothing inthe way of exercise this week and I am blaming the weather (-30C all week). I skipped dancing due to a blizzard (could have gone but took the night off and stayed with the TV) . It is so cold that I just feel lazy, but enough excuses. Next week will be better!

Not so good this week, Christmas activities are everywhere, maybe next year i can suggest a christmas visit to the YMCA???

Tuesday: Dodgeball (20 minutes) Irish Dance (60 minutes)
Wednesday: Belly Dance (45 minutes)
Friday: Dodgeball (20 minutes)
Saturday: Walk (15 minutes)

I am really stretching it with dodgeball as i don’t play very hard…after christmas i expect my productivity to increase!



Week 1 report 4 years ago

Well…i exercised five times this week but not necessarily on five different days. We are into winter weather here (not yet minus twenty celcius but soon!) so unless i am walking you can assume that this is done indoors!
Monday: Dance 45 minutes
Tuesday: Dodgeball 20 minutes
Wednesday: bike 25 minutes
Sat: Housework 60 minutes
Sun: Yoga 20 minutes, bike 25 minutes

Next week plans include irish dance for 90 minutes (all in one shot ahhh) and belly dance for 50 minutes.

OK I meant starting TODAY 4 years ago

Went to dancing for 2 hours tonight as a guest instructor (AKA extra adult person) and danced for about 45 minutes total. One day down, 4 to go!



Exercise 4 years ago

I dance twice a week but other then that i sit on my bum. My husband bought an exercise bike so i want to use it four times a week plus my one night of Cardio dancing (the other night is less cardio) equals five times a week.
