Ohh…so many marathons and so many stories! I do know that I require high mileage to have my best running fitness. 65-70miles for several weeks will be required. I hope that by now I’ve made so many mistakes that I have it mostly figured out. haha I actually just want to have ONE marathon that TRULY shows what I can do. A true personal best is what I want.
I just started back into my running again after a layoff of 7 months. By the end of June I’d like to be at 35-40miles per week. Right now I’m averaging 25 miles.
