I’ve been wanting to make and eat some for awhile now, ever since Oak told me about some extremely tasty hummus he had at a friend’s place. I did find it served in a restaurant in KLCC, Malaysia (Chinoz) – and it tasted very much like mushed cardboard. Not worth the trouble of lounging there at all – esp since the wifi signal there is ultra-weak.
SO yes. I look forward to learning how to make tasty hummus in the near future!
