So the previous cheer also had a comment about grudges. It is clear that holding the grudge hurts me more than the other person. In order to make sure that I am letting go of grudges and not just feeling temporarily peaceful I am going to make a list of grudges or issues with people that I need to let go of. This seems somewhat counterproductive but I need to know what to let go of. Then I can work my way through seeing that maybe things weren’t their fault. I probably contributed more to most of the issues. I can change myself and my outlook but not the past. The only thing we have complete control over is our attitude. I’ll keep trying to improve it.
