wow…so they have repo’d my car. which is fine…it’s one less stress i have right now. but, they were such assholes about it. we’ve been keeping them posted about my husband’s disability, but the doctors are taking forever. we called them on the 27th, and she said it was cool and just let them know…they came and got the car that night. didn’t knock on the door, didn’t call…just took it. with my stuff in it. i still haven’t even gotten it all back. then, we check the mail today and there is a COLLECTIONS notice for the full amount of the contract. THEY HAVE THE CAR…what the hell are they wanting money for? so i’ve sent another letter to the BBB, a letter to Get Gephardt, and a letter to the collections agency to dispute the claim. this is just getting ignorant. we’ve been honest and up front with them…they’ve done nothing but lie and cheat since the beginning. anyone have a good ideas to (legally) spread the word about this company? i was thinking of printing flyers and leaving them on car windsheilds… really wanna just burn the place down…hee hee.

So three days ago my clutch went out…AGAIN. This time it was the cable. What??? They didn’t SEE it when the attached it to the new clip last week??? AAARRRGGGHHH!!! The dumbass “Oh shit” guy answered the phone again…and of course was like “we’ll take care of it.” But this time he added “If it was the mechanic’s fault.” Who the hell else’s fault is it gonna be?? So it should be done today and it’s gonna cost $90.00 to get it this time!! I went to file a report with the Better Business Bureau… and found out that they haven’t been a member since January of 2003 and they advise you to “seek legal counsel”. Yikes…is it even worth it? It’s gonna come down to word against word. To quote Stewie Griffin…”One day when you least expect it, your uppins will come!”
My clutch went out in the turn lane, so i called them to see what they were gonna do about it. Eddy…that answered the phone said “oh shit…” So I said “Yeah, oh shit. What do we do?” So he said to have it towed down there and they’d “take care of it.” I made sure to ask how much it would be and he said “just the price of the tow.” So 5 days and 65 dollars for the part later…I have my car back. I can’t wait…but I’ll figure out a way to stick it to that man…
