Okay, I’ve joined a gym recently. Found out I was actually fitter than I thought I was (I suppose playing lacrosse for your state team + training does something to you). So right now I’m just seeing how much I can lift. Not very much, I can tell you that. My muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance are pretty good, but my muscular strength and flexibility suck. :P Now I seem to know what I’m talking about. Well, I’ll keep going to gym as often as I can (3 hours a week approx.) I don’t really want to end up like those buff women who take steroids, but I’d really like to run one of those long distance fun-runs. :) I’ll keep you posted.
