yeah it is giving me pain but it is going to become comfortable soon. It’s because I’m feeling a bit of stress – academic work pressures, losing job etc.
The new reality is: my back is relaxed and the muscles are loose and comfortable.
I know it can have its use in letting me know when I am stressed. I know my body is trying to help me see it. But perhaps I can bypass the pain and see it directly.
