I have been a bit slack on getting this one going after running my 5k but I found a training plan yesterday and went for a run last night. This week I have to run 15 minutes 3 times. It was quite difficult last night as I haven’t ran for a few weeks and it was pretty warm but i’m confident I can get back into it. So the first 15 minutes is done!
I haven’t signed up for a 10k yet, my boyfriend and I were talking about doing one together but he has signed up for one with work so I may just do one on my own. I know Cancer Research have a series of 10k’s coming up in the next couple of months. I will speak to my boyf first as knowing him he’ll want to do one with me as well as his own!
