Changing this goal from “Do something nice for my body each day” to “Do something nice for my body and soul each day.” They sorta go hand in hand!
Monday—spent the day with my husband, doing whatever we felt like all day long… no stress!!!
Tuesday—went to Tai Chi

Monday—went to Curves
Tuesday—took a nice long nap
Wednesday—went to Curves
Thursday—went to Tai Chi, slept outside
Friday—decadently skipped Curves!
Saturday—went to Tai Chi
Sunday—when I couldn’t fall asleep I went outside and spent some time in the swing :o)

Saturday—did 3 hours of Tai Chi!, took a nap, had a wonderful cool shower

Monday—watched dolphins in the night, took a relaxing shower, slept for about 11 hours :o)
Tuesday—too my time waking up in the morning, went to Curves
Wednesday—went to Curves
Thursday—skipped Tai Chi and spent the time reading by the beach, and watching the sunset :o)
Friday—went to Curves
Saturday—went to Celebrate Dance Festival in Balboa Park. While I didn’t dance, I was so happy and moved watching the dancers. I think lots of endorphins got produced :o)
Sunday—went sailing. That means I’m improving my coordination, and of course the happiness factor shouldn’t be overlooked (see yesterday).

Monday—went to Curves.
Tuesday—went to Tai Chi.
Wednesday—got my hair cut (and a neck massage!), and went to Curves. Took a midday break sitting in the shade and listening to the wind.
Thursday—went to Curves.
Friday—did Qi-Gong after sunset, on the bow of a sailboat while anchored… peaceful!
Saturday—started the day the way I ended Friday.
Sunday—laughed a lot.

But did a bunch of things that were enjoyable, or “good for me.” Had breakfast at the beach… resisted the temptation to get a milk shake… read a book while gazing at the tremendously blue sky every once in a while… pet a cat… had fruit for a snack instead of “bad carbs”... treated myself to a back massage at the airport.

Went to an acupuncture session… slept in… relaxed on the bed with a snuggly blanket after taking a bath… went for more walks… ate more fruit…
