Inspiration

I have been reading in a business book about the importance of learning another language or two. As a result I have been inspired to think seriously about starting to learn another language again (Italian).

Epic fail

Well this goal has not happened as such. I think I will need to schedule some time to do it, along with the many other things I want to accomplish.
Thinking about it, I may be speading myself too thin, I may need to focus on a single goal, achieve that and then move on to the next. I am just not sure how I will go about it.
It would also help if I worked out what language I actually would like to learn, as I am not 100% about it. I have been wavering somewhat.

Unpacking boxes was worth it.

The other day I found three Italian language learning DVD’s. I hope to start using them within a week or two, as I have other things I want to complete first.

Italian is my choice

I think I will learn Italian, as there seems to be more resources available, and I already have some. I also learnt it in primary school and enjoyed it, so I think I would like to try it again.

Farsi or Italian?

I am not sure what to choose – Farsi or Italian. I would love to learn both languages, but I am not sure what one to do first. I might do Italian, as I already have some resources to learn it with. But Farsi, sounds so appealing as well. I also have the option to practice with my Persian friends.

I will have to have a think over the next week.
