I have lost some . Over the last 3 weeks I have lost 5kg!!! I am doing a prepared meal diet and despite still having some alcohol…yum. I am sticking to it pretty much. I am doing 1hr at the gym trying to do walk cycle and something else for most of the hr. It helps to up the metabolism. My gym has TV so you dont have to think. It helps. Someone else told me if you kick caffeine and use decaf the liver doesnt breakdown caddeine goes straight to the fat, (Same would be true of alcohol I guess. ) But we all make choices.
So 1 Lees size in meals more small meals. (5) and exercise (not over the top. Just 20mins min with your heart rate up.
And keep living a life. (the diet isnt the be all and end all of living) Have fun with it. Keep at it.
One good point. The small hunger pains mean you are losing weight.. (But the big ones mean you are over doing it. Have a small meal) Be sensible.
Yah for the 5 kg. Now on to the rest!!!

I have to I want to meet people and I dont want them to meet me like this. Not that Im too bad but I am not this person. I will feel better slimmer
