I stopped doing this 42-day program, because it started to be irritating – I have spent over 1 hour everyday to make these excercises, and I started not to feel any muscles. Just because I got used to this kind of excercises. So I need to think of some new way of excercises. Maybe I’ll start today? I just can not give up as always!!!! And it doesn’t matter I had a short break!

Still, everything is going very well, I’ve made 15th day out of 42 ;) And I see first results!
I must change my way of achievieng this goal.
I also started A6W method of making a stomach flat. So I have 42 days actually. Plus – bottle of water every day and no eating after 20. Ehh
I made 1st day of my excercises :)

Well, I’ve always wanted to loose my belly, but I didn’t have a good motivation. I managed to do it once, and I had beautiful belly for a year, but then it came back to its previous state :P
But now I started BELLYDANCING :D so this is my new reason. I love this dance so I need to loose my belly finally to look better and feel better when dancing. :D
