I started Under the Greenwood Tree last month but things have been so crazy I haven’t been reading much of anything for the past few weeks. I’d really like to finish the book by the weekend.

I just found out 3 years ago

that in march (or is it April) Masterpiece Theater will be showing Under The Greenwood Tree. So I’ve decided this will be the next Hardy book I’ll read and I want to read it before March. I already own this book so that’s not a problem. I just have to finish up the books I’m reading at the moment.

I think Thomas Hardy is probably my favorite author. I love his female characters. So far I’ve read Far From the Madding Crowd, Return of the Native, Tess of the D’Ubervilles, Jude The Obscure, and The Woodlanders. I’m not sure of all the the titles he wrote. I know I have atleast 5 more to go.
