I freestyle Yoga at least 15 minutes every day 2 years ago

and it really helps me keep my mind clear that whole time. It’s amazing how moving your body can bring on a meditative state.



I'm trying really hard (going on 2 days) 2 years ago

eating mostly natural whole type foods. meditating. working out. getting as much sleep as I possibly can(not much but more than usual). spending more time being respectfull to my own needs. Problem with that is I’ve noticed alot of people around me all the time are really styfling my ability to feel happy.



my work is very physical 2 years ago

so I spend at least 5 hours a day standing and lifting/shifting variously weighed boxes. I also dance about 70% of the time. I feel extra happy about this job because of the physical nature of it.

Being a non-smoker is totally easy too.



Found out I have athsma or however you spell it 2 years ago

Quit smoking three days ago. For good this time.



Need more sleep 2 years ago

I cant continue to get up at 7:30a.m. having gone to bed near 3:00a.m. So from now on I’m going to try to be in bed by 11:00pm every night at the latest.
