run a successful business

Today threw me because payroll had to be early due to the holiday. That was okay because I wasn’t really as low as I thought. My checks from customers simply hadn’t cleared yet.

Paying every other week will help this problem (hopefully!)

I have owned a business since 2/2008. Now I just need to make it profitable.

I own a child care business. My goals in the beginning were to improve staff, environment and clients.

I believe I accomplished this, but spent a lot of funds doing it!

Current 2009 plans include an advertising mail out as well as getting rid of dead beat clients who are still hanging around (because I’ve been letting them get away with “payment plans” which are hurting my business.

Also I have help now to budget correctly.
