I’ve been getting up fairly early (for me anyway) and nearly every morning I do 30 minutes of exercise. It leaves me totally motivated to start my day instead of moping around doing nothing.
I completely cleared my “To Do” list this week, I even did more than was necessary. For the first time in ages I feel like I actually have a reason to get out of bed each morning!
Not sure when to mark this as done, it’s going well like I said but then I do have “relapses”. I’ve been doing this for about 2 months now but I had a 2 week period where I pretty much didn’t get out of bed at all. (At first I was really ill and then I was depressed.) So I’ll keep it a while longer.
